1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Phones Arcade website ("Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our e-commerce platform for purchasing mobile phones, tablets, and accessories.

By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Account Security

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Products and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed.

4. Orders and Payment

Order acceptance occurs when we process your payment and ship the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

• Bank Transfers (IBFT)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) - subject to verification
• Digital Wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa)

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated based on location and weight.

• You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
• Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guarantees.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet conditions.

7. Warranty and Defects

All products come with manufacturer warranties as specified. Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer or authorized service centers in Pakistan.

If you receive a defective product (Dead on Arrival), please contact us immediately for a replacement under our Open Parcel Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phones Arcade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.
